E-commerce Analytics & Marketing Report | Google Looker Studio

As a data and analytics professional, I developed a sophisticated and dynamic Looker Studio dashboard for Alsultan KSA, a prominent e-commerce site in Saudi Arabia (alsultan-ksa.com). This project was designed to transform raw data from various sources into actionable, business-driving insights. The result is an all-in-one, "A-Z" marketing report that enables the Alsultan KSA team to deep-dive into every aspect of their online performance, from customer behavior to ad spend ROI.

I engineered a multi-page Looker Studio dashboard that provides a comprehensive view of the entire e-commerce funnel. The report is built for deep analysis, allowing users to identify trends, pinpoint opportunities, and optimize their business strategy in real-time.

Key Reporting Areas:

  • Visitor Overview (نظرة عامة على الزوار): Understand user behavior from the first click. This section provides a high-level view of site traffic, user engagement, and key metrics, helping to identify overall site health.

  • Geo Location: Uncover geographical insights to optimize targeting. The report visualizes where visitors and, most importantly, where sales are coming from, enabling data-driven decisions on regional marketing efforts.

  • E-commerce Analysis (Ecom. Analysis): A granular breakdown of sales performance. From best-selling products to average order value (AOV) and conversion rates, this report allows the team to understand what’s selling and why.

  • Marketing Overview (Marketing Overview): A high-level view of marketing channel performance, showing the effectiveness of different traffic sources and providing an at-a-glance understanding of marketing ROI.

  • Marketing & Ad Spend Analysis: The deep-dive into marketing performance. This section directly links ad spend to revenue and conversions, allowing for precise budget allocation and campaign optimization. It answers the crucial question: “Is our advertising money being spent effectively?”
